How far out are you booking?
It varies with the season, since exterior work is weather dependent. Spring and summer fill fastest, so the sooner you call the better your choice of start dates. We give you a realistic window, not an optimistic one.
Do you work with commercial properties?
Yes. We handle perimeter fencing for commercial sites, retaining walls, driveways, sidewalks and paved surfaces, and municipal work as well. Commercial projects often have stricter inspection requirements and we build to those.
What happens if it rains during my project?
Exterior work is weather dependent, and we plan around it. Asphalt and concrete cannot be placed in wet or freezing conditions without compromising the result, so we reschedule rather than force the work and hand you a surface that fails early.
Do you offer warranties?
Yes. Our workmanship is backed in writing alongside any manufacturer warranties on the materials used. Warranty documentation is handed over at the final walkthrough once the work is complete and reviewed with you.
Can you work from my own plans or drawings?
Yes. If you have a design, a survey or drawings from an architect or landscaper, we can price from those documents and build to them, or suggest adjustments where site conditions would make the design difficult to execute as drawn.
How do I prepare my property for the work?
Very little is required. Clearing vehicles from a driveway, moving fragile items away from a work area, and telling us about irrigation lines, invisible fences or buried utilities before we dig is usually all we need. We handle protection and cleanup.
